    Located in Madison, Indiana the center offers a broad range of training sessions. Its mission is to help entrepreneurs and small business managers start and grow successful businesses.

    The annual leadership class is the only seminar that is offered locally. Here is a list of the most recent classes that are being offered at the Development Center:


    Perspective for Success Women’s Breakfast Series
  • This seminar is focused on enhancing women’s confidence and leadership skills in the workplace. Prospective participants may attend any or all of these sessions.


    Solutions for established businesses
  • This class focuses on management within the realms of marketing and sales. Series in established business solutions and special programs are available.


    Leadership solutions in small business
  • Small businesses need to continually update their leadership and management skills in order to keep their business afloat.
