Exline, DNP, R.N., is a lifelong resident of Indiana. Born and raised in Lanesville, IN, she spent 25 years attending the University of Evansville and working at Deaconess Health System for 18 years.  Kathleen has worked for Norton Healthcare team since May 2007. First as a system leader, she enhanced performance and outcomes through effective team collaboration to integrate and align. Building upon the experience in clinical quality, safety, process improvement, and service excellence, Kathleen serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for three Norton Healthcare locations in Southern Indiana. The work in our SO IN family, including Norton Scott Hospital to bring care close to home. The ever-evolving healthcare dynamics requires adapting to these changes, all while prioritizing clinical quality, access, retention of team members, ease of use and efficiency.  Kathleen lives in Floyd Knobs, working in both Jeffersonville and Scottsburg, as well as the surrounding communities. Kathleen is married and has two daughters, one in Indianapolis, IN and one in Kalamazoo, MI.
